Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Iskay Wawqi. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, here's what you need to know about our return and exchange policy:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Timeframe:

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact customer service to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Restocking Fee:
